Jessica Thames owner of Jessica Thames Consulting, began her journey in creative Marketing and Communication as a 'sticker-putter-onner' for her family small trophy company. What began as a simple job for a 10-year-old grew into enthusiasm for marketing strategies and a passion for problem-solving through creative communication.   

Jessica is a former Head of Marketing and Communications, and today her experience is used to grow small businesses worldwide.  Jessica's message spans all industries and her clients include higher education institutions, organizational leaders, and entrepreneurs.  Regardless of the industry, Jessica is recognized as a conference favorite. Her strategic combination of inspiration and education leaves audiences excited and equipped with the tools and resources to put new strategies to work in a tangible way.  

When not traveling, Jessica resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, one-of-a-kind dog, and her standard issue cat.  

Today’s speaker is a strategic communicator and former Marketing and Business Development specialist. Jessica's work aims to teach individuals and organizations how to communicate creatively and effectively by identifying and leveraging their brand story.
